We can show you any home whether it is listed with another company, a builder or a For Sale by Owner. We check the Multiple Listing Service, otherwise known as the MLS.

Realtors cooperate with each other through the MLS to share current inventory with each other. We also consult daily with our team, our agent-to-agent network in order to find every available home which fits your criteria.


When a seller sells their home, they pay a commission to their own agent (the listing agent), and they also pay a commission to the Buyer’s Agent. It is in your agent’s best interest to work quickly, diligently, and use all his or her resources to help you meet your goals, or there is no payday.
